Q.01Why would you build my website before I've paid anything?
Because it's the only honest way to sell design. We only get paid when an owner genuinely loves the site, so every build gets our full effort — and a finished website makes a better case than any sales call. Enough owners say yes that the math works.
Q.02What if I want changes to the preview?
Tell us what to change — different photos, new wording, a service you want featured. Revisions before launch are included in the $500, and the site only goes live once you're happy with it.
Q.03What does the $75 a year actually cover?
Your domain renewal, hosting, and SSL certificate — everything that keeps the site live and secure — plus support for small updates, like changing your hours or swapping a photo. There are no other recurring fees.
Q.04How fast will my site be live?
Most previews are ready within about 48 hours. Once you approve, the site is typically live within a few days — the main wait is your domain connecting, which is out of everyone's hands.
Q.05Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered for your business and stays yours. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over the domain and the site files — no hostage situations.
Q.06I already have a website. Is this still for me?
Probably. We'll design a better one anyway, and you can compare them side by side. If yours wins, keep it — looking costs you nothing either way.
Q.07Can I get more than one page?
The $500 covers one thoroughly built page — which is what most local businesses actually need to be found, trusted, and called. If you want more pages later, we'll quote them just as plainly.
